A study done by Carnegie Institute of Technology says
"85% of your financial success is due to your personality and ability to communicate, negotiate and lead. Shockingly, only 15% is due to technical knowledge."
Irrespective of the figures, the importance of personality and communication cannot be overlooked.
The thought of a platform where we all can assemble, collaborate and develop triggered the inception of this club.
The gratification of watching your sapling turning stronger is ineffable but we have a long way to go.
All the very best, cheers!!
